We take many precautions in verifying the security and privacy of all orders. For this reason, most items take a minimum of 7 to 10 full business days before being approved for shipment. For your security, all packages shipped from Silva Brothers DBA Hannoush Jewelers require a signature upon receipt. All orders are insured and shipped via UPS or FedEx. We will only ship to the credit card billing address. We will not ship to a P.O. Box. Adult signature will be required on all deliveries. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing the receipt.


We are required to collect sales tax for any purchase delivered within the State of Florida/Rhode island/Massachusetts. If merchandise is shipped outside of Florida/Rhode island/Massachusettes and sales tax is not charged, the customer may be liable for a state use tax in their home state of residence.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift that you received, we will be happy to accept a return for full refund less any shipping and handling charges. Refunds are given in the same form as the original payment. Returns must be sent within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging and all original documentation. The jewelry/watches must be unworn an unaltered. Pieces that show any wear and/or pieces that were sized or altered in any way will not be refunded/exchanged. Special orders are not eligible for refunds or exchange.

Return shipping is free. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS or FedEx label which must be used in accordance with the shipping and packaging instructions that will be provided with the label. We are not responsible for lost packages/merchandise if the provided label is not used and our shipping instructions are not followed.
