Celebrating both the 55th anniversary of Seiko 5 Sports and the 50th anniversary of the conclusion of the first run of the smash Japanese TV series, “The Masked Rider,” this exciting limited edition, available only in a controlled production run of 4,000, was inspired by the ’70s Seiko 5 Sports 5126-8090 worn by protagonist Takeshi Hongo as his communications device and treasured by collectors as the “Hongo Model.” Blending the dial and indices of the iconic original with the modern SKX design, this exceptional watch features a green dial in the color of The Masked Rider’s face mask and a screwdown see-through caseback showcasing the Tachibana Racing Club logo from his motorcycle and belt. The black grained calf leather strap is lined in red to match The Masked Rider’s scarf. Powered by automatic technology with manual winding capability, this stainless steel timepiece includes a unidirectional rotating bezel, luminous hands and markers, red second hand, and day/date calendar. Packaged in a Limited Edition collector’s box. 10 bar, 100M Water Resistant.
