We ship orders using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Hannoush Jewelers – Dartmouth is not responsible for packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation so we may assist with a carrier or insurance claim.

In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)
